Please note that due to the perishable nature of our cake balls, we cannot have shipments sitting in shipping hubs over the weekend. So, for that reason, we only ship on certain days of the week depending on which shipping option you select. It is important that you select the delivery address, whether home or office, that the recipient is most likely to be. The Cake Ball Company is committed to shipping orders so that they arrive not only fresh but also in a timely manner. However, The Cake Ball Company cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control such as heavy holiday shipping schedules by UPS, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, uncooperative weather or other such delays. Further, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs from FedEx to the customer as a result of incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
