Shipping Schedule

We make each cake ball order fresh after you place your order!  As a result, your cake balls may not be ready to ship for 2-4 days, depending on where in our baking and shipping week your order is placed.  Once they are made and packaged, your shipped cake balls will take another 2-4 days to reach their destination.  (Of course, overnight and 2-day shipping options can be selected to decrease your shipping time.)  Please plan accordingly. If you need your cake balls by a specific date, you’ll want to order them at least 7-10 days before that date.

Shipping Policy

The Cake Ball Company is committed to shipping orders so that they arrive fresh and in a timely manner. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our cake balls, we cannot have shipments sitting in shipping hubs over the weekend. So, for that reason, we only ship on certain days of the week depending on which shipping option you select. It is important that you select the delivery address, whether home or office, that the recipient is most likely to be.  However, The Cake Ball Company cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control such as heavy holiday shipping schedules by UPS, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, uncooperative weather or other such delays. Further, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs from FedEx to the customer as a result of incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.

Return Policy

Our Service Commitment: The Cake Ball Company is committed to delivering the freshest and most delicious cake balls possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds but will work to resolve the matter.
